Plain-English summary
Rules, privacy and disclaimer
These are short summaries written for participants and organizers. The organizer named on your ticket runs your engagement.
Rules of the engagement
- Numbers from 1 to 90 are drawn at random by the software. Nobody, including the organizer, can choose a number.
- Each number is called once on screen and by voice (the voice may repeat it for clarity). A number already called is not shown again.
- You must cut your own numbers. The software does not cut them for you.
- Claim before the next number is called. A late claim is not accepted.
- Any claim pauses everyone briefly while the software checks it. The result is final.
- Not valid claims: if you make a Not valid claim, the claim is rejected. Two Not valid claims block your ticket for the rest of the engagement.
- If several valid claims arrive in the same short window, the reward is shared between them.
- Houses are numbered. The 2nd Full House can only be won after the 1st Full House has been won, and so on.
- Family members can win or take part for fun only, as the organizer chooses.
- You get 1 ticket or 2 tickets, as the organizer chooses.
Privacy
- What we collect: your name, your mobile number, your department or flat if you give it, and who invited you. We do not collect your email, your location or your contacts, and we do not send SMS.
- The organizer is the data controller. We are the processor and handle the data only to run the engagement.
- Your ticket, phone details, claims and the activity log are deleted within 24 hours after the engagement ends.
- Your name, mobile number and department are kept for up to 365 days after you last took part, so your organizer can invite you to future engagements without typing everything again. After 365 days they are deleted automatically.
- You can ask us not to keep your details at any time: use "Do not keep my details" in the menu of your ticket or on the thank-you screen, or ask your organizer, or write to us. The organizer can also erase you from their saved list.
- Only anonymous counts (how many people took part) are kept after that.
- If someone else entered your mobile number, you are asked to tick a consent box before you take part.
- Other participants never see your name or your number.
- Designed for DPDP, GDPR and US privacy laws. To ask a question, write to care@yourbrand.in.
